“I got the feeling he wanted to take a swing at me,” says a man who says he is a fan of the hit song, “Gotta Get It.”
In a video posted on YouTube on Friday, the man says he was sitting in a booth at the show and watched the song while sitting next to the man.
The man, who asked to be identified only as J.T., says the man was “pretty drunk.”
The man says J.t. wanted to get up to shake the man’s hand and that he wanted him to get out of the booth.
He said J. t. then grabbed the man by the neck and pulled him back, knocking him to the ground.
J.t., who is from New York City, is now on trial in New York for allegedly beating the man with a baseball bat and a baseball cap.
He faces up to 10 years in prison and $1 million in fines.
The video was recorded at a Brooklyn nightclub where the show was taking place.JT. is accused of punching the man after he walked away from the booth and tried to get away.
In the video, the men are seen sitting together in a group.
The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office says Jt. was arrested after a man walked into the booth after the show.
He was charged with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct and released from jail.
The man who uploaded the video says he and his friend were at the Brooklyn show, which was headlined by Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus.
The friend who filmed the incident says he did not witness the alleged assault.
