I’d rather not go on a journey to the underworld, but I still wanted to write a story about a loser.
Lucky Patcher Danica McGillop is one of those losers who never really lost in the game.
She got to be the best of the best and the best wins all the time.
But for some reason, she never actually lost.
I had to write about her because that’s what she does.
So this week, she and her team, Lucky Patchers, released their first book.
Lucky is a bit of a mystery, but she’s got the makings of a classic sports drama.
She’s been in a lot of tough situations, but never lost.
She was the best runner in the world when she was 22 and she was the most decorated Olympian of all time when she won gold at the Athens Olympics.
And then she became a loser when she broke her leg and lost the next three years of her career.
Now she’s retired and lives a normal life with her husband, two kids and her husband’s dog.
Danica is the kind of person who can win in any situation, and the book she published about her time as a champion, The Lotto, is one example of why.
I’m very lucky to be here.
