A new Android app is giving consumers a rare chance to get an emergency phone number without a data plan or roaming charges.

The telechargr app, Lucky Patcher, is based on a feature from Telecharger, a company that sells wireless charging systems for people who don’t want to go through the hassle of buying a smartphone or having a home phone plan.

Telecharger offers wireless charging for phones and tablets that have been rooted by rooting apps.

A user with an unlocked phone can also use Lucky Patchers wireless charging apps.

Lucky Patches users can also purchase charging devices at retail.

The Lucky Patch mobile app lets users connect to a Lucky Patched smartphone through the phone’s microUSB port.

The app provides a free, 30-day trial.

For $9.99 per month, users get unlimited access to the Lucky Patching service.

Users can also buy phones from the Lucky-Patched store, but the company says they won’t be able to charge their phones directly.

The first time Lucky Patchery users tried the app, they were greeted with a message asking them to sign up for an account.

That’s because the app doesn’t have an activation page yet, the company said in a blog post.

To get Lucky Patchems number, users first need to download the app.

They then have to connect to the phone using a microUSB cable and click the “connect” button.

The phone will then send a call to the account holder, and if the call goes through, the user will receive a message telling them that Lucky Patchere is connected.

The app will then ask for their phone number and can provide a message to the owner if they don’t reply.

When the user answers, the app will tell the user if the phone is unlocked.

If the phone has a SIM card, LuckyPatcher will ask if it has a data port.

If the phone doesn’t, it will ask for the phone number, which the app can then connect to.

If they don, the phone will give the user a notification and tell them the phone can only use the charging port.

Users can also set the phone to automatically connect to Lucky Pathes home phone network.

The company’s app is available for Android phones and can be downloaded for free at LuckyPatchers website.
